I AM ON MATERNITY LEAVE OCTOBER 8, 2019 - JANUARY 5, 2020. CLASS RESUMES MONDAY, JANUARY 6, 2020.
The Group Pilates Mat Class consists of exercises that strengthen and stretch the body, improve balance & posture, and increase coordination. Props including the magic circle, foam rollers, weights and bands are incorporated for an additional challenge. Modifications are provided for individuals of all fitness levels, including pregnant and postpartum women. You will leave feeling longer, leaner, and energized!
Class is Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm
