Alicia Thomasson is a certified Pilates instructor and has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years. She has an extensive background in movement, including Pilates, dance, and prenatal and postpartum exercise. She received her prenatal and postpartum training through The Center for Women’s Fitness in 2014 and went on to receive her certification in Diastasis Recti Recovery in 2018. Her passion is being a mom and helping moms and moms-to-be connect with their bodies to strengthen and realign before and after baby. She is a proud mama of Justin and baby number two is on the way!
